BHSc Acupuncture 

Dr Blanche Cruz utilises her Bachelor of Health Science Acupuncture degree to help patients with a wide-range of health complaints. Blending her 23 years of massage therapy experience with traditional Chinese medicine techniques, including acupuncture, moxibustion gua sha, cupping, and electro-therapy, Blanche is able to quickly get to the root of the issue and treat accordingly. A principle of Blanche's treatments is to return the body to balance through homeostasis to promote self-healing, and as such, advice around best diet and lifestyle adjustments may accompany an acupuncture session for lasting results.

Blanche's special interest in muscular-skeletal dysfunction and pain is a result of her 20+ years in the Gold Coast fitness industry, and as the mother of four girls, she is also passionate about working with children using an ancient technique called Shonishin.
